ZERO Refund Policy
Our Club has a ZERO REFUND POLICY. Please note, all requests received will be reviewed by our Board of Directors. They will make the final decision to move forward with the refund.
The Club reserves the right to cancel any camp, clinic or lesson due to a lack of enrollment. The Club reserves the right to increase roster sizes due to lack of volunteer coaches.
NO REFUNDS will be made in the following instances:
- All Tryout deposit holds are non-refundable
- Player withdraws from participation after teams are formed for ANY reason (Parents still held liable for full tuition payment).
- Player or Parent has been removed from the team for Zero Tolerance Policy violations.
- Refunds will not be given to players who miss a practice/games due to vacation, illness, school, etc.
Refunds are at the sole discretion of the NYSL Board.
OPTIONAL INSURANCE through Vertical Insure at registration (Not owned or operated by NYSL)
Our Club has a Zero Refund Policy (See Refund Policy Above). However, you may purchase a separate insurance through Vertical Insure during the registration process. Please note, this is a separate charge for a separate entity. The Club does not own or operate Vertical Insurance.
We are asking every parent to review the insurance option and make an informed decision whether to purchase coverage or continue with the season without a refund option.
