NYSL Competitive Program

The Natomas Youth Soccer League (NYSL) Competitive Program, in partnership with NorCal Premier Soccer, US Club Soccer, and Positive Coaching Alliance, is dedicated to fostering the next generation of elite soccer athletes.


Here, young players will thrive in a dynamic, competitive, and supportive environment, designed to help them unlock their full potential. Guided by experienced coaches who bring a wealth of knowledge and maturity, athletes will build upon their previous skills while engaging in intentional physical, mental, and technical training.


This thrilling opportunity not only empowers players to excel on the field but also cultivates resilience and teamwork, setting them up for success in all aspects of life.

Level of Competition


NYSL competitive teams participate in various skill levels and age groups to support continuous growth and development in soccer. NYSL teams play in the following skill divisions:


State Premier (Highest Division)

Competitive Fees

2025/2026 Season Club Registration Fees:


 $925 for 11v11 teams

$865 for 9v9 & 7v7 teams


(club registration fees do not cover uniforms team tournaments, team events, or team fees)


Club registration fees cover the cost of:


Fall & Spring league games

  • Participation in the NorCal Permier Association league which consists of year-round competition for all levels of play

NorCal State Cup

  • The NorCal state cup is played over the Fall and Spring season.

Training & Game Equipment

  • Scrimmage and game day equipment

US Club & NorCal Association

  • Registration and Player Pass fees
  • Club and League Insurance

Field fees

  • Field maintenance/painting
  • Training & Match Field permits
  • Field Lights
  • League operations & website maintenance 

Referee fees

  • Covers the cost of referee match fees

We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Soccer City - Natomas as the official uniform vendor for the Natomas Youth Soccer League!


All players and supporters can now purchase their uniforms and league spirit wear directly through Soccer City - Natomas, ensuring a fantastic and unified look for our teams!


Uniform kit includes:


Jersey Top (1 blue & 1 white)
Blue Shorts (2 pair)
Blue & White Socks ( 1 pair each)
Practice Jersey (1 blue & 1 grey)

  • What is the competitive program?

    Our competitive program is designed for players who want to take their skills to the next level. It focuses on advanced training, competitive play, and player development.
  • Who can join the competitive program?

    The program is open to all youth players who demonstrate a passion for soccer and a commitment to improving their skills. Tryouts are held annually.
  • What is the commitment level?

    Once a player has made the initial payment, they are committing for the fall and spring seasons.

     

    Please read all of the requirements before paying. Make sure you are able to commit and understand all of the fees associated with the competitive program.


    Players in the competitive program are expected to attend regular practices, games, and tournaments. There are no refunds if you or your player change your mind after the initial payment.

  • What are the costs associated with the competitive program?

    Registration fees cover fall, spring, and state cup costs through NorCal.


    Registration fees DO NOT cover team fees, tournaments, uniforms, or coach/team fees. 


    There may be additional fees depending on the team level and culture. Please review ALL fees with coaches and club members before making any initial payments. You are responsible for making sure you understand all of the fees associated with the team before making the initial payment. 


    The club will uphold the ZERO REFUND Policy if you make the initial payment then change your mind. 


  • How are teams formed?

    Teams are formed based on skill level, age, and player evaluations during tryouts. 


    Please note that offers may take longer due to the number of players, players accepting or declining offers, and roster size.


    After evaluations, please refrain from emailing the club multiple times. Coaches will work through their evaluations, so please be patient in the process.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Our Club has a ZERO REFUND POLICY. Please note, all requests received will be reviewed by our Board of Directors. They will make the final decision to move forward with the refund.
