Super Rec Program

Get ready for an exciting season with the Natomas Youth Soccer League’s NorCal Super Rec Program! Designed for U14, U16, and U19 boys and girls, this league provides thrilling local competition that keeps young athletes engaged and playing longer.


Each team will compete in 8 to 10 action-packed games for the Fall and Spring seasons. With locally based divisions, we ensure a consistent level of play, allowing players to hone their skills and enjoy the beautiful game together.

Fall 2025 Season

The Fall 2025 Super Rec soccer program provides an enjoyable yet competitive soccer experience for players seeking lower time commitments compared to competitive leagues. This program accommodates participants of all skill levels. It provides opportunities to play with friends, compete against teams from other clubs, and enjoy the sport in a positive and welcoming environment.


  • Playing league: NorCal Super Rec
  • Season:  Sept 6th through Oct 26th
  • Registration Fee: $165 (excluding uniforms)
  • Practice: Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday
  • Games:  Friday evening and Saturdays


Registration opens early April and closes late June

Spring 2026 Season

Develop your passion this spring through an engaging soccer experience. The Spring 2026 schedule ensures continuous play throughout the year, maintaining alignment with players' fall birth year. Participants will continue to have opportunities to socialize with peers, compete with teams from other clubs, and appreciate the sport within an encouraging and inclusive setting.



  • Playing league: CalNorth
  • Season: Mar 15th through May 17th
  • Registration Fee: excluding uniforms
  • Practice: Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday
  • Games:  Friday evening and Saturdays


Registration opens early January and closes mid March

2025/26

U14-U19 Uniform kit

We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Soccer City - Natomas as the official uniform vendor for the Natomas Youth Soccer League!


All players and supporters can now purchase their uniforms and league spirit wear directly through Soccer City - Natomas, ensuring a fantastic and unified look for our teams!


Uniform kit includes:


Jersey Top (1 blue & 1 white)
Blue Shorts (2 pair)
Blue & White Socks ( 1 pair each)
Practice Jersey (1 blue & 1 grey)

  • What is Super Rec?

    Super Recreational Soccer is a league and tournament system organized by NorCal Premier Soccer for recreational clubs. It specifically serves the U14, U16, and U19 age groups, aiming to offer local competition and a structured playing environment. NorCal Premier Soccer is a highly regarded competitive soccer organization, now offering its expertise and passion to recreational clubs.

  • Do I need to have prior soccer experience?

    No prior experience is necessary! Our program welcomes players of all skill levels, from beginners to those with more experience. We focus on fun and skill development.

  • What equipment is required for my child?

    Players will need a soccer ball, shin guards, and appropriate footwear (cleats).

  • When will I hear from my coach?

    Typically, you will hear from your coach one week before practice is set to start.  Please note this is an estimated timeframe.  The club reserves the right to delay of communication by the coach due to weather, field access and volunteers.  


    All communication will be done through BYGA- Please download the app.


    *Only reach out to the league if you have not heard from your coach 3 days before practices are set to start.*

  • How often do practices and games occur?

    Practices are typically held twice a week, with games on weekends. The exact schedule may vary based on the age group and season.


    Practices and game schedules will be made available through the BYGA app. 

  • Can I volunteer to help with the program?

    Absolutely! We welcome parents and community members to volunteer as coaches, assistants, or in other roles. It’s a great way to get involved!

  • Do I have to purchase a uniform?

    All players are required to purchase the Natomas Uniform kit from Soccer City Natomas. The package comprises two jerseys, two pairs of shorts, and two pairs of socks. Uniform kits have a lifespan of two to three years.


    Returning players may not need to purchase a new uniform. Please contact the club prior to making any purchases.


  • Can my child play an age group up?

    Our club highly recommends your child play within age group (birth year). 



    However, you may request an evalution of your player by emailing the registrar. All playing up requests will need to be approved by the board. Players are not permitted to play up until the evaluation is complete and it is approved by the board. 



    You must received written approval from the registrar before you may participate in practices or games with the requested team. Any violation of this rule will result in an automatic rejection of your play-up request.

  • Can I request to play with a friend or a specific coach/team?

    While we do accept friend and coach/team requests during the registration process, we cannot guarantee their fulfillment. We will make every effort to accommodate these requests. Should we be unable to honor a request, please keep in mind that this provides an opportunity for children to forge new friendships and continue to enjoy the sport.

  • Can I get a refund?

     Our Club has a ZERO REFUND POLICY. Please note, all requests received will be reviewed by our Board of Directors. They will make the final decision to move forward with the refund.
